- How do I change my email or password?Sign in and open account settings. You can update email, password, and profile any time.

- How do I manage email notifications?Open account settings → Notifications. Toggle per-category (event reminders, host updates, product news).
- How do I delete my account?Email support@tixify.ai and we'll remove your account and data. If you have upcoming events, we'll help wind them down first.
- Can I have multiple accounts (personal + host)?One email per account. If you host under a brand, use a shared inbox and add teammates from the dashboard.
