- How does check-in work?Open Scanner from your Organizer dashboard, allow camera access, and scan attendee QR codes. Duplicates are flagged and a sound confirms each scan.
- Can my team help check in?Yes — add teammates from your dashboard (Professional and above). Everyone can scan from their own phone at the same time.
- What if there's no wifi at the venue?The scanner uses very little data and works on cellular. Test your connection ahead of time for remote venues.
- Can I check someone in manually?Yes. From Attendees, search their name and tap Check in — no QR needed.
- Do you print badges?Not directly, but you can export a CSV and use any badge printing service. Badge printing is on our roadmap for Premium.
