- How do I find events near me?The home page auto-detects your city (with permission) and shows local events. You can also change city or search by keyword.
- How do I get my tickets after buying?Tickets appear in My Tickets when signed in, and are also emailed. Show the QR code at the door.
- I lost my ticket email — what now?Sign in with the same email you used to buy — your tickets are in My Tickets. Still stuck? Email help@tixify.ai.
- Can I get a refund?Refund policy is set by each organizer and shown on the event page. Contact the organizer first, or reach us at help@tixify.ai if you need help.
- Can I transfer my ticket to a friend?Yes. Open My Tickets, choose the ticket, and update the attendee name.
- Do I need to print my ticket?No. The QR code on your phone works fine.
