- How do I report an event?Every event page has a Report link at the bottom. Our trust team reviews reports within 24 hours.
- How does Tixify handle disputes and chargebacks?We notify you immediately and help you respond with the right evidence. Most disputes are resolved in your favor when tickets were delivered and scanned.
- Is my data secure?Yes. Payments run on Stripe. All traffic is encrypted in transit. We never sell your data.
