- How Tixify pricing worksTixify has simple, transparent pricing for organizers. Free events: $0 Tixify platform fee — if attendees are not charged for tickets, Tixify does not charge a platform fee. Paid events: $2.50 flat Tixify platform fee per paid ticket. The Tixify platform fee does not increase based on ticket price, number of tickets sold, number of attendees, or event size. There is no percentage-based Tixify platform fee. Payment-processing fees are separate.
- Understanding the $2.50 flat ticket feeFor every paid ticket sold, Tixify charges a flat $2.50 platform fee — nothing more. It doesn't scale with price or volume, so a $10 ticket and a $250 ticket both carry the same $2.50 Tixify platform fee. Free tickets have a $0 Tixify platform fee. Eligible first-time organizers may qualify for a first-event fee waiver when total capacity is under 100.
- How payment-processing fees workPayment processing (Stripe) is separate from the Tixify platform fee. Standard rate: 2.9% + $0.30 per successful card charge, calculated on ticket price + Tixify fee. These fees are shown transparently at checkout and in your order breakdown so both you and your attendees know exactly where every dollar goes.
- How organizer payouts workTixify is designed to help eligible organizers access available ticket revenue sooner instead of waiting until after the event for every payout. Your Organizer Dashboard shows Available to withdraw, Pending, and Paid out balances. Request a withdrawal when funds are eligible and available; remaining eligible funds move through the normal post-event payout process.
- How early withdrawals workOrganizers often have expenses before the event happens — venue, performers, catering, marketing, vendors, security, equipment, decorations, and more. Eligible organizers can request 1 early withdrawal per event before the event ends, for up to 50% of the funds collected so far. The remaining balance is released through the normal post-event payout process.
- Why is my balance still pending? Not every dollar of ticket sales is immediately withdrawable. Balances may be pending due to payment settlement, refund obligations, disputes, chargebacks, fraud or risk review, Stripe requirements, or other payment-provider restrictions. Your dashboard clearly distinguishes Total ticket sales, Pending balance, Available to withdraw, and Already paid out.
- How many early withdrawals can I request?Eligible organizers may request only 1 early withdrawal per event before the event ends, capped at 50% of the funds collected so far. Your payout dashboard shows how many remain (for example: 'Early withdrawals used: 0 of 1'). Once it has been used, additional early withdrawals for that event are disabled until the normal post-event payout process applies.
- Are there fees for withdrawing money?Tixify charges $0 Tixify withdrawal fee — Tixify does not add an additional platform fee when an eligible organizer requests an early withdrawal. However, Stripe payout, transfer, or other payment-processing fees may apply. Any applicable Stripe fee is displayed before you confirm the withdrawal whenever that information is available.
- Where can I find my 1099 tax form? When applicable, eligible organizers can access tax documentation after the event is completed and the required tax and payment information has been finalized. Inside your Organizer Dashboard, go to Payments & Payouts → Tax Documents to see status (Not yet available, Information required, Processing, Available, or Not applicable) and view or download the form when it's ready. 1099 forms are provided when applicable based on tax-reporting requirements and payment-provider rules.
- Refunds, disputes, and chargebacksRefunds, disputes, and chargebacks can affect your available balance. When a refund is issued, the ticket price is returned to the attendee and the corresponding amount is deducted from your balance. Disputes and chargebacks may temporarily hold funds while Stripe reviews the case. Your dashboard shows refunds and adjustments alongside your gross revenue so the final payout math is always transparent.
