How payment-processing fees work
Payment processing (Stripe) is separate from the Tixify platform fee. Standard rate: 2.9% + $0.30 per successful card charge, calculated on ticket price + Tixify fee. These fees are shown transparently at checkout and in your order breakdown so both you and your attendees know exactly where every dollar goes.
